Machine for concrete pile drilling, soil improvement, and dynamic compaction (vibro compaction). Carrier unit: Sennebogen SR25BT (year 2008) with Delmag RH18 leader attachment (year 2009). Leader traverse (stroke): 12.50m, total height: 19.91m. Working radius: 3.165 - 4.00m. Equipped with a crowd winch, freewheeling feed winch, auxiliary winch, rear platform. Rotary table SHT25. PLEASE NOTE: KDK rotary drilling head BT180-2 NOT INCLUDED, THIS IS SOLELY A GROUND IMPROVEMENT UNIT. Drill gearbox: MBDA 3500 ABI. Includes single-flight auger. NO Kelly bar included. Mast support cylinder, auto-alignment system. Hydraulic telescopic undercarriage, adjustable width from 3.0m to 4.40m. The CAT C9 engine was overhauled by CAT in 2015 at 3,304 operating hours. Drills and drilling accessories are available separately. Also available: a mobile mixing plant by MAT, comprising a mixing tank (throughput 20m³/h), screw conveyor, agitated storage tank (capacity 4,000l), and plunger pump with remote control. The overall condition of the machine is in line with the indicated service hours. At the time of inspection in 2023, the machine operated without any anomalies. As of October 2024, signs of storage-related damage were found on valves, control system, and hydraulic hoses. Simultaneous use of both attachments is not possible. The machine displays wear on pins and bushings, as well as general signs of use (dents, abrasions, etc.) consistent with age, mileage, and application. The machine was not load-tested. Machine was used with 55 and 80 paddles. After service and maintenance work for storage-related damages, the unit will be ready for operation.
