The 5000 Plus is similar to the standard 5000 but features the added functionality of a vibrating feed hopper. This addition is hydraulically driven and operated via remote control. The hydraulically adjustable jaws can be set instantly, allowing for product sizes between 20 mm and 100 mm. With a width of just 1663 mm, the 5000 series can access locations with restricted entry and limited space. Dust suppression is provided as standard via fine water spray nozzles using normal domestic hose pressure. This crusher is very popular with, for example, civil engineering companies that crush material on site to save on transport costs. The 5000 series crushes materials such as reinforced concrete, bricks, porcelain, and other aggregates.
