This machine is primarily intended for the processing of mixed construction waste. However, construction or dry waste wood can also be processed without problems. The two counter-rotating shafts shred the material with a force of approx. 210,000 N/m!!

Hourly throughput strongly depends on feed material and desired output size, ranging between 80 – 200 tonnes. This machine is often used as a pre-shredder to prepare very difficult material for further processing.

Overbelt magnet — discharge direction adjustable
Discharge conveyor hydraulically height adjustable up to approx. 3.10 m discharge height, which allows for about 30 m³ material under the conveyor.
Hydraulic tipping hopper with approx. 2.5 m³ loading volume, controllable via remote control.
Quick-change system for replacement of the shredder shafts.
(The service life of the shafts depends greatly on the material and is approx. 200 to 600 hours. Shafts can be repeatedly hardfaced and reused before final replacement.)
Large operator panel, providing comprehensive machine information and various digital settings. Manual panel with push buttons for individual functions.
GPS already installed. This gives you the advantage that the manufacturer can remotely view, monitor, and adjust all machine data, pressures, etc. This minimizes downtime to an absolute minimum.

Hydraulically adjustable screen deck for grain size adjustment in 4 stages (approximate values, material-dependent):

Shredder shafts approx. 70 cm diameter, made of high-quality 500/600 Hardox.
Filling chamber above shredder shafts. Depending on application, shaft service life is approx. 300–500 operating hours. They should then be replaced or rebuilt using hardfacing welding.
