Invitation to submit offers for the purchase of a lot consisting of 26 Maxus electric vehicles, including the following models: E DELIVER 3 (15 units, registered under I.VE.TRA, zero mileage), T90 (3 units, new and unregistered; 1 prototype not eligible for registration), and EH300 (7 chassis-cabs, new and unregistered), sold as-is and located at the Faldo yards in Livorno. Transportation costs are to be borne by the purchaser.

The lot is offered for sale at a total price (excluding VAT) of €326,000.00.

Improved offers, within the context of any competitive sale process, must be submitted to the Trustee by January 20, 2026, accompanied by a non-transferable cashier’s check made out to Koelliker Milano Srl for 10% of the offered amount, to be delivered to the Trustee’s address.
