O.ME.P.S Tipping Silo Semi-Trailer – Type: CR 47

Chassis:
Two fully automatically welded I-section longitudinal beams with welded cross members, chassis width 1,400 mm, 2" kingpin, tipping cylinder: Hyva.

Axles and Suspension:
22.5" disc brakes, SAF axle assemblies 3x 9t with air suspension, axle spacing 2 x 1,310 mm, lift and lower valve, loading manometer mounted on top of the tank, Wabco Smartboard, Wabco TPMS tyre pressure monitoring, first axle liftable (without tractor unit equipment), third axle liftable with Wabco Optiturn.

Wheels and Tyres:
6 wheels with tyres size 385/65 R22.5, manufacturer’s choice on Alcoa Dura-Bright aluminium rims, size 11.75 x 22.5 ET 120.

Braking System:
EBS 4S/2M WABCO compressed air brake system with RSS, in accordance with Standard 98/12/CE - ECE R13/09, brake wear indicator connected.

Landing Gear:
Mechanical landing gear with two speeds, 2x 20t support load with swiveling foot, without rear support.

Electrical System:
All lights in LED design, 24 Volt electrical installation consisting of: a 15-pin socket mounted in front of the skid plate on the chassis member, yellow side marker lights in required quantity, rear position lights, front outline lights, rear license plate lights, lights according to Standard 97/28/CE-2007/35/CE, 2 multi-chamber rear lights at the pivot bearing mounted in aluminium as per Standard 97/28/CE-2007/35/CE, 1 LED work lamp on the tank, yellow warning beacon at the rear (mounted at hose tube height), 2x reverse lamps on underrun protection, 2x reverse lamps at support height (each individually switchable from the energy console).

Tank Design:
A horizontal tank made of aluminium alloy (AW5083 Peraluman 45 AlMg 4.5 Mn), single-compartment tank with 47,000 litre capacity, tank warranty: 24 months from delivery. Operating parameters: pressure vessel according to Pressure Equipment Directive PED 97/23/CE. Wall thickness approx. 5 mm, test overpressure 3.0 bar, operating overpressure 2.0 bar, operating temperature -40°C to +80°C.

Filling Options:
4 manholes DN 450 with swiveling and folding domed covers. Each cover is pressure-tight with 4 wing nuts, rubber support for domed covers on top for storage, rain rail closed to the front – open at the rear.

Discharge:
1 discharge cone DN 800 made of stainless steel (INOX), foldable with INOX disc for discharge aid, discharge cone can swing laterally, shut-off valve DN 150 with white seal, connection STORZ-A.

Compressed Air Piping:

A 2.5" stainless steel air manifold mounted on the right-hand side, a 4" stainless steel air distribution pipe at the rear of the tank, air valves (shut-off valves) in INOX, top air hose and air connection hoses with 2" STORZ couplings, micron filter, vacuum valve on top of the tank, 1x vibrator 1 m before the pivot bearing.

Ladder and Walkway:
1 aluminium ladder mounted at the rear left of the vehicle, 1 aluminium safety scissor railing with a separate deployable ladder section and parking brake when open, 1 aluminium safety catwalk on the left upper side of the tank, anti-slip coating on the tank.

Hose Storage:
4 hose tube containers, 5 m long, DN 200 made of aluminium with 4 hoses DN 100 and STORZ couplings, hose container with compressor hose D.76.

Accessories:
The side underrun protection is made of anodised aluminium finish...
