Description:
The truck lift is a state-of-the-art multi-ram system with two lifting units, one of which is traversable. Supplied as a pre-assembled plug & play complete solution in an installation cassette, already tested, enabling quick and straightforward commissioning.

Construction & Safety:
The telescopic lifting units are characterised by extremely high bending strength and torsional rigidity according to EN 1493, achieved via innovative square SQUARE rams. The square rams are torsion-resistant and feature a durable, low-friction special nickel coating that minimizes maintenance and increases service life. An internally mounted dual-hydraulic cylinder system provides added stability and protection. The entire ram guidance system is designed to be robust and low-maintenance. Operational safety is ensured by two separate hydraulic circuits as well as electronic pressure and leakage monitoring.

Operation & Control:
Control of the lift is via a portable touchscreen panel that clearly displays all relevant data and information. Electronic synchronisation ensures uniform lifting, regardless of pickup point. A signal lamp supports safe raising and lowering. In the event of a power failure, a battery-powered emergency lowering function is integrated.

Equipment & Flexibility:
The platform features a very stable, non-slip aluminium profile segmented roller cover. It is driveable with wheel loads up to 7000 kg and has a width of 930 mm. The flexible adapter system allows the accommodation of very wide and flat vehicles. A CE-compliant anti-shear and anti-crush safety system ensures additional protection.
