Machine for concrete pile drilling, soil improvement, and vibrated stone columns. Base machine Sennebogen SR25BT (YOM 2008) with Delmag RH18 drilling leader (YOM 2009). Drilling table stroke: 12.50 m, total height: 19.91 m. Outreach: 3.165 - 4.00 m. Feed winch, freewheeling feed winch, auxiliary winch, rear platform. Drilling table SHT25. THE KDK ROTARY DRILL HEAD BT180-2 IS NOT INCLUDED, THIS IS A PURE SOIL IMPROVEMENT UNIT, Drill gearbox MBDA 3500 ABI. Comes with single auger. NO Kelly bar. Mast support cylinder, alignment automatic. Hydraulic telescopic undercarriage, adjustable from 3.0 m to 4.40 m wide. The CAT C9 engine was overhauled by CAT in 2015 at 3,304 operating hours. Drills and drilling accessories are available separately. Also available: mobile mixing plant, MAT brand, consisting of mixing tank (throughput capacity 20 m³/h), conveyor screw, agitator tank (capacity 4,000 l), and plunger pump with remote control. Condition of the machine corresponds to its working hours. During the inspection in 2023, the machine operated without any noticeable issues. As of October 2024, storage damage was found on valves, control, and hydraulic hoses. It is not possible to operate the machine with 2 attachments simultaneously. The machine shows age- and use-appropriate wear on bolts and bushings, as well as usage marks (dents, abrasions, etc.). The machine was not tested under load. The machine was used with 55 mm and 80 mm paddles. After servicing and repairing the storage-related damages, the device will be operational.
