TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION

1. CHASSIS
FIFTH WHEEL HEIGHT: Exact fifth wheel height is 1,150 mm.

AXLES: Tridem axle set. Manufacturer: SAF – CUSTOM DESIGN (CD). Capacity: 3 x 9 t. Suspension: Original SAF air suspension. Brakes: Large disc brakes. Rim offset: ET 120. Wear indicator: with.
First axle is an automatic lift axle controlled by the EBS-E system. The third axle is a trailing steer axle. Connection:

BRAKE WEAR INDICATOR (BVA): Brake wear indicators are connected.

2. BODY
FRONT WALL: The front wall is made of heavy-duty aluminium plank profiles.

INTERIOR SEALING BETWEEN FLOOR AND FRONT WALL: Fixed seal between floor and front wall using aluminium profile and PVC seal.
SIDE WALLS: Smooth finish inside and out. Double-walled side wall profiles: 600 mm wide, 30 mm thick, 3 mm inner, 2 mm outer (grain version). Side wall profiles are continuously welded on the inside.

WEAR PLATE: Wear plate in aluminium, rectangular, at rear inside, 2,000 (L) x 1,500 (H) x 4 mm.

MOVING FLOOR SYSTEM: CARGO FLOOR CF 500 SL-C, electronic control. 21-board floor system. Drive segment comprises 3 double-acting hydraulic cylinders with a stroke of 200 mm. Rear stainless steel end plate.

FLOOR OPERATION: E-control – Electric with radio remote control (original Cargo Floor). Loading – stop – unloading via switch. Manual emergency operation via unique red Cargo rotary knob.

MOVING FLOOR FRAME: Frame for wheelbase 7,850 mm. 21 floor boards.
