Body: Made from 30 mm thick aluminium profiles, with an inner thickness of 3 mm and an outer thickness of 2 mm. Reinforced double-wing rear doors with STAINLESS STEEL rotary bar locking mechanism. Standing platform with dual-sided access.

Design: Overall height 4,000 mm, calculated with a coupling height (unladen) of 1,150 mm. Internal length and width approx. 13,600 x 2,470 mm. Volume approx. 92.0 m³, loading capacity for up to 33 Euro pallets.

SELF-SUPPORTING FRAME: Hot-dip galvanized chassis (optionally available painted). 2” kingpin. SAF axles INTRADISC INTEGRAL with large brake discs Ø=430 mm, CD version. 1st axle as lift axle including start-up aid. Mechanical gearbox landing legs. Aluminium profile underrun protection at rear. Rear light bracket made of STAINLESS STEEL.

TPMS: Tyre Pressure Monitoring System.

LIGHTING / ELECTRONIC COMPONENTS: 24V system with ISO 7638 15-pin unit, FULL LED lighting. Two additional reversing lights at rear. Two additional reversing lights at the area of the landing legs.

HYDRAULIC UNIT: Cargo-Floor CF500 SLC with dynamic pressure control manometer and oil temperature sensor. Moving floor profiles with 8 mm thickness, GROOVED design.
