Three-way tipper body with Fassi F195A.2.24 crane mounted directly behind the cab (crane with premium features: radio remote control, hydraulic outriggers operated by remote, work lights, etc.)

Subframe: Subframe as solid steel welded construction, two longitudinal beams with cross members to accommodate the 5 mm thick tipper profile and the 4 mm floor plate made of Hardox or Naxtra. A 1,000 mm high fixed steel front wall with 2 lashing eyes inside, both outer ends at half height. Fixed corner posts with bottom-mounted latches. Rear and side walls (one-piece, full length) made of aluminum hollow profiles; side walls can be folded down and are swinging, with drop-side lift assist. Tailgate also foldable and swing-mounted, with central locking integrated into the tipper profile. Floor plate made of Hardox or Naxtra, 4 mm thick, welded to the tipper profile and longitudinal/cross members. Press traverse and tipping pivot integrated into and reinforced in the longitudinal members. Lashing eyes (4 per side) distributed along the outer tipper floor. Steel construction made of St 52-3. All steel parts are sandblasted. Body parts painted or powder-coated in RAL 9016 (single color).

Subframe: Subframe for mounting of front and rear tipping pivots, with press traverse and cross members. In the crane mounting area, executed as box section with lateral crane mounting plates. Plastic fenders are present on the vehicle and will be taken over or modified if necessary.

Hydraulics: Installation of pneumatic control valve in the cab for tipper/crane/trailer and complete hydraulic system including all piping works, for the three-way tipper bridge, trailer tipping hydraulics, and loading crane. Delivery and installation of the corresponding axial piston pump as a constant pump.

Special equipment:
