STS V-1.5 Vacuum Suction Tanker Trailer

Tank
- 1,500-liter tank capacity
- Tank hot-dip galvanized
- Tank slightly inclined to the rear for easier cleaning
* Hydraulic rear tipping approx. 20° for emptying via electrohydraulic unit
- Lateral cleaning port on tank to remove blockages or contamination without opening the tank cover
- Tank cover fully opens to the passenger side and secured with hook bolts
- Standard: 2 safety levels installed to prevent compressor damage
- Syphon separator
- Overflow protection with 2 balls and sight glass
- Manometer on over-suction unit with protective bracket
- Mechanical fill level indicator with color scale

Engine and Compressor
- Vacuum compressor MEC 3000 with 3,500 liters air capacity
- Vacuum max. -0.8 bar (Continuous operation at -0.5 bar)
- Overpressure max. 0.49 bar
- Maintenance-free V-belt drive for vacuum compressor
- Honda GX 390 industrial engine
- Electric starter, oil sensor, control panel with ignition lock, battery and fuel tank
- Integrated suction hose to prevent damage to engine unit
- Silencer for vacuum compressor with oil catch
- Stainless steel heat shield above exhaust
- 1-liter biodegradable compressor oil stored in oil bottle holder
- 5-liter jerry can in holder
- Standard long-neck funnel for changing and refilling engine oil
- All engine components and accessories housed in lockable engine box
- Engine box made of aluminum, powder-coated in desired color

- Self-supporting chassis, fully hot-dip galvanized
- Tandem low-loader chassis, 2.7t GVW

- 2 axles, each with 1,350 kg load capacity, independent suspension from reputable manufacturer

- 1x suction lance 3" (1500mm long)
- 1x Perrot connection (3") at bottom of tank cover
- 1x Perrot connection (3") on right side relative to driving direction
