STS V-1.5 Vacuum Suction Tank Trailer

Tank
• 1,500-liter tank capacity
• Hot-dip galvanized tank
• Tank inclined slightly backwards for easier cleaning
• Side flushing port in the tank for removing contamination or blockages without opening the tank lid
• Tank lid opens fully to passenger side and is secured with hook bolts
• Two safety stages as standard to prevent compressor damage
• Siphon separator
• Overflow with two balls and sight glass
• Pressure gauge on suction assembly with protective bracket
• Mechanical level indicator with color scale

Engine and Compressor
• Vacuum compressor MEC 3000 with 3,500 L air capacity
• Max. vacuum -0.8 bar (continuous operation at -0.5 bar)
• Max. overpressure 0.49 bar
• Maintenance-free V-belt drive for vacuum compressor
• Honda GX 390 industrial engine
• Electric start, oil sensor, control panel with ignition lock, battery and fuel tank
• Internal suction hose to avoid contamination in the engine unit
• Silencer for vacuum compressor with oil collector
• Stainless steel heat shield above exhaust
• 1 L biodegradable compressor oil stored in oil bottle holder
• 5 L petrol canister in holder
• Standard long-neck funnel for changing and refilling engine oil
• All engine components and accessories secured in lockable aluminum engine box, powder-coated in desired color

Chassis
• Self-supporting chassis, fully hot-dip galvanized
• Low-loader tandem chassis, 2.7 t
• Track width identical to passenger car and Sprinter for optimal handling
• Lowest possible center of gravity for the suction tank
• 2 axles, each with 1,350 kg capacity, independent wheel suspension from a reputable manufacturer
