Tank
• 2,000-liter tank capacity
• Tank fully hot-dip galvanized
• Tank slightly inclined to the rear for easier cleaning
• Lateral cleaning port in the tank to remove contamination or blockages without opening the tank lid
• Tank lid opens fully towards the passenger side and is secured by hook bolts
• Two safety levels installed as standard to prevent compressor damage
• Siphon separator / overflow with two balls and sight glass
• Vacuum gauge on overfill protection unit with protective guard
• Mechanical level indicator with color scale

Engine and Compressor

• MEC 3000 vacuum compressor with 3,500 l/min air flow
• Max. vacuum -0.8 bar (continuous operation at -0.5 bar)
• Max. overpressure 0.49 bar
• Maintenance-free belt drive for vacuum compressor
• Honda industrial engine GX 390 – electric starter, oil sensor, control panel with ignition lock, battery, and tank
• Internal suction hose to avoid exposure inside the engine compartment
• Silencer for vacuum compressor with oil catch
• Stainless steel heat shield above the exhaust
• 1 liter of biodegradable compressor oil stored in oil bottle holder
• 5-litre petrol canister with bracket
• Standard long-necked funnel for engine oil changes and refilling
• All engine components and accessories housed in a lockable aluminum engine box, powder-coated in choice of color

Chassis
• Fully self-supporting chassis, hot-dip galvanized
• 3.5t tandem low-loader chassis
• Track width matched to car and Sprinter for optimal driving performance
• Lowest possible center of gravity of the vacuum tank
• 2 axles, each 1,750kg load capacity, independent wheel suspension from a reputable manufacturer
• Continuous welded V-drawbar
• Robust metal mudguards with lamp housings
• Stake holders for quick securing of suction hoses using rubber bands
• Storage options for tools and accessories

• Overrun brake with automatic reversing function
• Automatically securing ball coupling
• Reinforced jockey wheel
• 13-pin electrical connector

Connections and Hoses
• 2x suction hoses (3”) 5m long with Perrot couplings
• 1x 3” suction lance (1,500mm long)
• 1x 3” Perrot connection at the bottom of the tank lid
• 1x 3” Perrot connection on the right-hand side in direction of travel
