* Subframe made from shot-blasted steel profiles with longitudinal and cross members, closely spaced cross members for high load capacity, hot-dip galvanized finish. Subframe manufactured and mounted according to the latest Iveco body builder guidelines.
* Box body side and front walls made from aluminium cell construction in a clamping design. Roof made from glass fiber reinforced translucent GRP fabric.
* One-leaf side door on the right with clear opening approx. 900mm width, clear height approx. 2,050mm. Door fully foldable to the side wall, can be secured with door retainers. Door includes internal rotary bar lock. Fixed, stable step under the side door. Galvanized rear portal frame with gas spring-supported upper tailgate including pull strap. Continuous sealing frame with stainless steel grab handle as well as side stop on the rear portal frame for tail lift operation.
* Interior paneling of the side and front walls with 6mm plywood. Interior lower side area with galvanized scuff plates approx. 250mm high above the lower slatted lashing rail. Splash guard made of phenolic resin-coated plywood in front of the front wall. On each side, two rows of recessed combination lashing rails for securing or lashing cargo. Height of lashing rails arranged as per cargo securing needs. One row of slatted lashing rails just above the floor along each side wall. Four recessed hoop lashing rings per side in the floor, each rated for 2,500 daN tensile load. Flooring made from 21mm water-resistant bonded phenolic plywood panels, continuous hardwood layers for extra strength, special anti-slip phenolic film finish. Floor is screwed and fully sealed all round.
* Tail lift: MBB Type C 1000 L, rated load 1,000 kg, load center 600mm, quad-hydraulic cylinder design: 2 lifting cylinders, 2 tilting cylinders, maintenance-free bearings with grease fittings. Tail lift with KTL coating and additional powder coating. EC underrun protection according to ECE 58R03.
