Bodywork:
The trailer combines a polyester-aluminium construction with an exclusive polyester front section. The impact-resistant side walls are made of double-chamber aluminium profile and raised to 160 cm. A large, lockable polyester service door with 3-point locking provides added convenience. The long aluminium rear ramp features an extremely low entry angle and a joint-friendly “Super-Grip” rubber surface.

Chassis:
The chassis is equipped with the SAFETY AXLE SYSTEM PLUS ("SAS PLUS") featuring a longitudinal and crossbeam construction. The lowered independent suspension is rubber-mounted, delivering excellent damping and a soft, progressive suspension. A 4-wheel overrun brake with fully automatic reverse mechanism ensures extra safety. The trailer is fitted with 15-inch “M+S” quality tyres and low-profile tyres.

Floor:
The trailer features the ORIGINAL “ALU-PLAST” aluminium/plastic composite floor, offering a 15-year warranty against breakage and rot. The 8 mm joint-friendly rubber mat is anti-slip, bonded, and sealed.

Features and Equipment:
The trailer is equipped with a swing and removable PVC clear partition. The stall bars in front feature a “panic release” and are height-adjustable. Large tether rings are provided both inside and outside. There is also large interior lighting and hay net hooks. Additional features include poly sidewall protection on the inside (right and left, 80 cm high) and a tack room equipment package (storage net, LED tack room lighting, vanity mirror, telescopic rubber broom), all included in the price.

XL Tack Room:
The large polyester XL tack room offers sturdy saddle racks with wide holders, two bridle hooks, and forced ventilation. The tack room is lockable.
