Chassis: Semi-Trailer for Haulage
Fine-grain steel welded construction in lightweight design, fifth wheel plate with replaceable 2" kingpin, coil well approx. 8,040 mm long, 6 coil supports (coil pockets internal dimensions 82 x 52 mm), coil well cover with multiplex boards and steel crossmembers, 2 slit coil covers for the coil well, each approx. 293 mm wide, unladen weight approx. 13 kg per cover, outer frame slightly sloped with "Load-Lock profile" for attaching tie-down straps. Note: To attach straps in combination with side walls, the side walls must be opened! 9 pairs of recessed lashing rings, each rated at 5 tons, in the area of the coil well. 24-ton two-speed landing gear, single side operation, with straight lower part, without compensating slide. Note: Free landing gear foot clearance, or free rear swing radius approx. 1,930 mm, without supports. Retractable ladder at the rear, door retainers on sides, 2 wheel chocks with holder, aluminium side underrun guard, holder mounted transversely and on the chassis main beam for supporting aluminium planks, rear underrun protection in aluminium, half-shell fenders with anti-spray flaps compliant with EU regulations, rear impact protection, 1 plastic toolbox, 2 pairs of stanchion pockets integrated in the outer frame, approx. 72 x 42 mm internal dimensions in positions 1 and 2 as per old Fliegl stanchion data sheet, as with AU 19219. 2 stanchion pockets centrally embedded in the floor, approx. 72 x 42 mm internal dimensions on positions 1 and 2 as per old Fliegl stanchion data sheet, as with AU 192198. Note: Stanchion pockets / plug-in stanchions are not designed for stand-alone load securing of long materials, pipes, etc. without lashing.

Axles & Suspension
SAF disc brake axles with 430 mm disc diameter, "axle/chassis laser-measured" for reduced tyre wear and fuel consumption. Axle spacing offset 1410/1310 mm (combined transport), up to 44-ton total combination weight. Air suspension, without lift axle.
