1.3 Subframe:
Robust lightweight construction from pressed steel sheets, neatly electrically welded. Cross members with dent-resistant outer frame.
ZIKUN folding swing mechanism.
Continuous side wall, horizontally divided. Lowering the lower side wall causes the upper wall to swing mechanically onto the roof.
The lever kinematics, supported by a spring tensioner, are attached to the front wall. This ensures that there are no mechanical parts in the cargo area or corner posts. Power is transmitted via a torsion bar in the roof so that the side walls are smooth and easy to operate at any position.
Important: When open, the lower side wall stands vertically against the vehicle. At the front wall, the entrance is flat and smooth without obstructive stanchions.
Upper folding wall parts made of special 25 mm aluminium composite panels.
Central locking in the side wall left and right.
Side wall upper parts, when open, do not extend above the roof edge.
Open, prepared for the installation of a tail lift (see special designs)
Fixed roof consisting of steel hoops with permanently bonded aluminium sheets. Powder-coated in RAL 9010 pure white.
