The V-shaped, galvanized trailer drawbar withstands high dynamic loads. It is made of profiled galvanized sheet metal, enhancing reliability and providing protection for the trailer’s electrical wiring from external damage.

The entire trailer chassis is made of profiled, galvanized sheet metal, contributing to easy handling and lightweight construction.

The trailer floor is made of 9 mm thick, multi-layer laminated plywood with an anti-slip coating. It is resistant to wear and moisture.

The side panels are made of galvanized sheet steel with additional profiling for reinforcement. Stiffening ribs improve the resistance of the side panels against dynamic and impact loads. The rear panel is hinged for opening. Reinforced side hooks from KNOTT are installed on the sidewalls.

There are four integrated load securing lashing rings on the side panels.

The torsion suspension ensures a stable and smooth ride under various loading conditions. The built-in torsion axles are manufactured by KNOTT.

The axle is rated for a load of 1350 kg; the hubs are fitted with protective caps, and the bearings are maintenance-free for their entire service life.

The electrical system uses molded automotive cables with molded plugs and bayonet connectors. A 7-pin plug is installed. The entire electrical installation is from Aspöck.

Galvanized corrosion protection is significantly more effective than other forms of metal surface protection. It provides reliable protection against corrosion on exterior surfaces as well as inner cavities of the structure, significantly increasing the trailer’s service life.
