The V-shaped, galvanized trailer coupling withstands high dynamic loads. It is made of profiled galvanized sheet metal, which increases its reliability and protects the electrical wiring harness from external damage.

The entire trailer chassis is made from profiled, galvanized sheet metal, contributing to easy handling and a lightweight construction.

The trailer floor consists of multi-layer laminated plywood with a thickness of 9 mm and an anti-slip coating. Resistant to wear and moisture.

The sides are made of galvanized steel sheet with additional profiling for reinforcement. Reinforcing ribs improve the resistance of the side panels to dynamic and impact loads. The tailgate can be opened. Reinforced KNOTT side hooks are installed on the side walls.

Integrated load securing lashing rings (4 pieces) are fitted to the trailer’s side walls.

The torsion suspension ensures a stable, smooth ride with varying trailer loads. The built-in torsion axles are from KNOTT.

The axle is rated for a load of 750 kg; the hubs are equipped with protective caps, and the bearings require no additional lubrication or adjustment over their service life.

The electrical system consists of overmolded automotive cable with overmolded connectors and bayonet fittings. A 7-pin plug is installed. The complete trailer wiring is by Aspöck.

Galvanization provides significantly more effective corrosion protection than other forms of metal surface treatment. It ensures reliable protection against corrosion on both external surfaces and the internal cavities of the construction, thus significantly extending the trailer’s service life.
