All profiles are fully bonded using a two-component PU adhesive. Wall and Ceiling Structure Walls and ceiling made from 60 mm GRP sandwich panels. The outer layer is a 3 mm thick, fabric-reinforced sheet; the inner layer is a 2 mm thick sheet of glass fiber reinforced, unsaturated polyester. The sandwich panel achieves rigidity and excellent insulation properties through a closed-cell polyurethane (PU) rigid foam core. The panel’s density is 50 kg per cubic meter. The U-value (thermal transmittance) is 0.44 W/m²K (cabin outer wall). Floor Panel Structure Floor construction from outside to inside: 2 mm GRP top layer, 70 mm PU foam with 6 transverse steel tubes, 12 mm waterproof bonded plywood board with 1 mm GRP top layer. The transverse steel tubes are made of square tube (70x70x3 mm) with welded flat steel (60x8 mm) for accommodating threaded inserts for the floor assembly.
