Special army configuration with removable hardtop. The M1009 is in technically excellent condition, but the bodywork has rust damage (welding work required)! The Chevy comes directly from the military in original condition, not assembled from multiple vehicles or spare parts. Immediately ready for use—just get in and drive away. Equipped with: V8 diesel engine, 6,228 cm³ displacement (there’s no substitute for displacement :-)), 4-speed automatic transmission with low-range gearing, locking front hubs, solid axles with leaf springs, excellent power steering, original rifle holder, gross weight 2,903 kg, top speed 150 km/h. The Chevys have a military trailer hitch—though I doubt the TÜV will approve it. V8 diesel engine with 6,228 cm³ displacement, good tires (size 31x10.50 R15), production years 7/1984 to 7/1986—ideal as a rally or hobby vehicle.
