20 ft sea container, converted into an office/lounge, walls and ceiling panelled and insulated. Front area features a window and a door with vision panel. Interior fittings include a fridge, sink, cabinets, table, chairs, several lashing rings on the wall, coat hooks, etc. Electrical equipment: circuit breakers, heating, lighting, various power sockets. A special feature is the room-in-room concept, making the container appear inconspicuous from the outside, while offering a thermally insulated living space inside. Original price approx. €18,000. Good condition.
