Subframe extra reinforced

Standard equipment:
- INP 180 subframe approx. 7000mm long, reinforced with S355 steel at the front crane section
- Hook height: 1570 mm
- Reinforced 60mm mounting bracket
- C-locking system
- UVV-tested, in accordance with DIN 30722-1 (15,000 kg)
- Front bolted ladder in RAL 3002 Carmine Red

Special equipment:
- Polyamide rollers at front and rear, greasable and replaceable
- Front mounting plate for a loading crane, milled and welded between the frame members, 20mm thick, 2000mm long, made of S355 steel
- Clearance for loading crane: 1000mm, resulting in an internal loading area approx. 5850mm long
- 90° floor-to-wall junction
- Advertising boards centered left and right, 2000mm x 1000mm

Floor:
- 5mm HARDOX steel
- 8 lashing eyes, 4 per side, rotatable and welded into the floor

Side walls 2400 mm high:

- Side stiffeners, height 2400mm, chamfered at the front, as with JET
- Bulkhead (front wall) of loading area 1200mm high, designed for crane clearance

Corrosion Protection:
- Container sandblasted
- All steel components primed inside and outside, two layers
Paint finish:
- Synthetic resin paint in RAL 9005 Deep Black
- Tested to DGUV 214-017
