For sale from my father's estate:
Motorhome by renowned manufacturer Karmann, model Missouri, based on a VW LT 35 chassis.

The motorhome features the relatively rare central seating group layout. Because of this, it offers a spacious wet cell with separate shower and a high, externally accessible storage compartment that includes a water collection basin in the floor for wetsuits.

The vehicle is in good, well-maintained condition (previously owned by a retiree), was registered only seasonally until 2024, and stored in a dry hall during the winter months.

There are 4 registered seats and an equal number of sleeping berths. The seating group can be converted into 2 sleeping places, and an additional 2 berths are located in the overcab alcove, best suited for 2 children or 1 adult.

A gas system with two cylinders is installed, supplying the three-burner stove, boiler with auxiliary heater, and fridge (also 12V/220V). The gas inspection is valid until 05/2027. A collision sensor that shuts off the gas in the event of impact has been retrofitted.

According to the manufacturer, the motorhome is suitable for winter use.

The vehicle comes with a solar power system. The panel is roof-mounted (glued), the charge controller is from Vitronic and can be monitored via Bluetooth. Power for the habitation area is supplied via solar, alternator (12V), or shore power (220V), making the motorhome fully self-sufficient.

An automatic Oyster Vision satellite system was retrofitted three years ago.

Age-related wear is present. To the best of my knowledge, nothing requires extensive specialist skills to repair. There are isolated spots of edge rust on the exterior. The hard plastic bumpers have minor non-inspection-relevant cracks in two places. The habitation door shows rust at the bottom. The rest of the body is GRP to my knowledge, and thus rust-free. No moisture ingress has been detected when cleaning with a pressure washer. There are cracks in the shower tray inside the wet cell. Otherwise, the interior is in excellent condition—a typical Karmann.

With continued proper care, the vehicle can be registered as a classic in less than 2 years, removing restrictions due to the yellow emissions sticker and significantly reducing tax.

Subject to insurer approval, the current insurance (SF25, currently €176.66/year) can be transferred.

The vehicle is currently registered and available for test drives.

Recommendations:
- The leisure battery was deeply discharged after a long period of inactivity. I have installed a provisional replacement, but recommend fitting a lithium-ion battery
- At the last inspection, the tyres' age was noted; replacement is recommended
- The shower trays in the wet cell should be resealed
