When Westfalia built the first motorhome, the Windrose, in 1951 on behalf of a British officer, the requirement was clear: to create a vehicle that would be practical both for daily use and for leisure or holidays. This principle, realized by the engineers more than 70 years ago with the SO23, also served as the foundation for developing the Westfalia Amundsen models. The result is, among others, the 600D, which set a standard thanks to its attractive pricing.

The first registered owner was Westfalia GmbH itself. In early 2023, it was handed over to its most recent owner, who has since switched to a semi-integrated motorhome. We then used the vehicle for our rental service in the 2025 season.

The vehicle comes with an extended warranty covering the entire vehicle and all fittings for 24 months until 07/2026. All financial risks are therefore covered. You won't find a safer option.

Should you be interested in additional accessories such as a safe or an inverter, we would be pleased to offer those as well.

Of course, you will also find other Knaus / Weinsberg / Tabbert vehicles permanently on display at our premises.
