Dear Sir or Madam,

We currently have a container facility for sale, which has been in use for residential purposes since 10/2023. The facility consists of various container types, such as WC containers, shower containers, residential containers (single & double), recreation and kitchen containers (double), as well as storage and technical containers.

The facility is being sold as a whole, or partially, or as individual units. Each container is equipped with different features, which can be included upon request.

The containers are available for immediate inspection.

Furthermore, for an additional charge and by arrangement, we can deliver the containers and/or assemble them on site if required.
For larger projects, as an owner- and engineer-led general contractor for turnkey constructions, we can also offer full support from planning and building application all the way to execution and assembly.

Individual Sale Prices:

Residential & Family Containers:

- 77 × Residential Containers – €3,000 each, net
- 24 × Family Containers (each unit comprises 2 containers) – €6,000 per unit, net
- 3 × Residential Containers without kitchen – €3,000 each, net
- 1 × Caretaker’s Container (consisting of 2 containers incl. shower & WC) – €6,500 net

Common & Functional Containers:

- 8 × Communal Containers (each unit comprises 2 containers, with fitted kitchen, without partition) – €6,000 per unit, net
- 31 × Corridor Containers – Various lengths and features – €2,000 each, net
- 5 × Laundry Room Containers (equipped with washing machines and dryers) – €3,000 each, net

Sanitary Containers:

- 7 × Male WC Containers (Equipped with 4 toilets, 4 urinals & 2 washbasins) – €4,000 each, net
- 7 × Female WC Containers (Equipped with 5 toilets & 3 washbasins) – €4,000 each, net
- 10 × Shower Containers (Equipped with 6 shower cubicles & 3 washbasins) – €4,000 each, net
