Dear Sir or Madam,

We currently have a container complex for sale which has been used for residential purposes since 10/2023. The complex consists of various container types, such as WC containers, shower containers, residential containers (single & double), recreation and kitchen containers (double units), as well as storage and technical containers.

The units are available either as a complete package, in parts, or as individual sales. Each container offers different features, which can optionally be purchased.

The containers are available for viewing immediately.

Additionally, we can deliver the containers at an additional cost and by arrangement and, if required, also take care of installation on site.
For larger projects, as an owner- and engineer-led general contractor for the construction of turnkey systems, we can also support you with design, planning permission and implementation through to installation.

Prices for individual sale:

Residential & Family Containers:

- 77 × Residential containers – €6,500 each (net)
- 24 × Family containers (each unit made from 2 containers) – €12,500 per unit (net)
- 3 × Residential containers without kitchen – €6,400 each (net)
- 1 × Caretaker container (made from 2 containers incl. shower & WC) – €13,900

Communal & Utility Containers:

- 8 × Communal containers (each unit from 2 containers, with fitted kitchen, no partition wall) – €12,000 per unit (net)
- 31 × Corridor containers – various lengths and configurations – €3,700–4,100 each (net)
- 5 × Laundry containers (equipped with washing machines and dryers) – €6,100 each (net)

Sanitary Containers:

- 7 × Male WC containers (equipped with 4 WCs, 4 urinals & 2 washbasins) – €8,500 each (net)
- 7 × Female WC containers (equipped with 5 WCs & 3 washbasins) – €8,500 each (net)
- 10 × Shower containers (equipped with 6 shower cubicles & 3 washbasins) – €8,500 each (net)
