For sale is a well-maintained, nostalgic caravan with an overall length of 7.75 m (including drawbar).

The gas system has been serviced regularly and is currently due for its next inspection. The heating and cooker work perfectly. The refrigerator and bathroom have been removed in favor of a more spacious interior layout—resulting in increased freedom of movement and additional storage space. This is a non-smoking vehicle, dry, free from leaks, and overall in solid condition. It has a new TÜV inspection, is currently registered, and the liability insurance is €23.24 per year.

In 2025, the interior was lovingly refurbished in a light, vintage style. This included the installation of modern, flexible furniture, making it easy to individually adapt the interior with minimal effort. The caravan is not a restoration project; however, some manual skills and interest are advisable, as age-related issues such as the currently glued but functional rear window may need renewal in the future.

The caravan has always been parked on a permanent site at a family sports club in Rösrath and was only moved for TÜV inspections. It is immediately usable and provides a cozy retreat.
