2. TECHNICAL DATA (STANDARD MODEL)
Dimensions: 200 cm (length) x 150 cm (width) x 240 cm (height).
Wall structure: ADP composite panel (8 mm precast concrete panel + 5 cm EPS insulation + 8 mm precast concrete panel). Superior thermal and sound insulation compared to standard sandwich panels.
Roof: 5 cm EPS insulation + trapezoidal steel sheet.
Floor: Easy-care, heavy-duty industrial PVC coating.
Windows (standard): * Long side: Double-glazed sliding window in anthracite-coloured PVC. * Short side: Double-glazed tilt-and-turn window in anthracite-coloured PVC.
Door (standard): Double-glazed, robust door made of anthracite-coloured PVC.
Electrical installation: 2 sockets and a modern round LED ceiling light (fully installed and operational).
Colours: * Exterior wall: RAL 7035 (light grey). * Profile frame: RAL 7016 (anthracite grey). * Interior: White. * Roof colour: Yellow or blue (as per customer preference).

3. CUSTOMISABLE OPTIONS
Size variants: Custom-made solutions in various dimensions available (e.g., 110x110, 120x120, 130x110, 150x150 cm, etc.).
Insulation upgrades: Sandwich panels 8 cm or 10 cm thick with polyurethane (PU) or rock wool filling.
Roof upgrades: Highly insulated PU panels in 8 cm or 10 cm thickness.
Custom windows/doors: Configurable in various sizes, opening mechanisms, materials (aluminium/steel) and RAL colours.
Additional equipment: 2000W wall heater, air conditioning, integrated WC and shower units.

4. LOGISTICS, CUSTOMS & DELIVERY
Production site: Turkey (shipped directly from our high-tech factory).
Delivery status: Delivery is standard fully assembled. On request, shipment as a flat-pack kit is possible (assembly is the buyer’s responsibility).
Customs clearance: All customs clearance for EU countries is handled by VASG KFT; the buyer does not have to deal with customs formalities.
Unloading: On-site unloading (crane or forklift required, weight approx. 900 kg) is the customer's responsibility.
Note: Lifting hooks on the roof corners are included. Forklift pockets available as an option at extra charge.
Estimated delivery times: * Production: 4–14 days. * Shipping (DE, AT, IT, HU, Benelux, Balkans): 7–14 days. * Shipping (FR, ES, PT, UK, Baltics): 10–20 days.

5. PAYMENT TERMS & PRICES
Invoicing: Official invoicing via our European headquarters, VASG KFT (Hungary).
B2B (corporate clients): 50% upon order (proforma), 50% before dispatch.
B2C (private customers): 100% advance payment upon order.
Price note: All prices are net plus VAT and shipping costs. Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery address.
