Brand new insulated swap body, BDF system, 7,450 mm long. High portal doors at the rear with double internal rotary locking bars.

Body painted in RAL 9010 Pure White. Telescopic support legs, painted in RAL 9005 black, for storage height 920 - 1,320 mm.

Side walls, front wall, and roof in sandwich construction with steel outer sheet, painted exterior, PVC-coated interior.
Panel thickness: front wall 50 mm / roof 30 mm / side walls 30 mm

Interior fit-out as follows:
- 27 mm thick phenolic plywood floor, water-resistant glued, impact and load tested in accordance with EN 283,
suitable for floor loads up to 5,460 kg forklift axle load.
- 3-sided forklift impact protection, approx. 300 mm high.
- 9 pairs of lashing rings in the outer frame
- 2 rows of horizontal slotted-hole lashing rails, recessed, including 2 locking bars
- NO double deck system (contrary to the photos)
- 3x Krone LED ceiling lights

Including load securing certificate according to EN 12642 Code XL
